are the harnesses black and also what end fixings do they have?

Yeah harnesses are black, pic below

The fixings are standard 7/16 UNF bolts (no eyelets or anything) - you might need a spacer too if you want the lower mounting points to swivel around the bolt rather than having the bolt pinning them to mount point
