AUCTION: Longines Master Collections Mens Watch ( COPY)
bi22le - 1/9/16 at 09:15 AM

As per my previous post I am selling a Longines Master Collection Mens Watch which I believe to NOT BE REAL. This is an unwanted gift, and although a very nice watch, I just dont wear watches.

HOW THIS AUCTION WILL WORK:

People who are interested will register their bid amount to me via U2U. Just put the value, in £pounds, in the title. No other information will be needed. This will provide me with a list of rolling bids in my inbox, dont put the value in the main body as it will be missed. It must go in the title. I will then update this topic with the winning bid, but not the Bidders name. In will also send the winning bidder a U2U to say they are the current highest. No bids will be accepted by replying straight onto here.

If they are outbid, I will send them another U2U to say that they are not the highest bidder. If there are two bids the same value then the one that hits my inbox first gets their bid.

This relies on me having to manage this so it will have some lag. Bidding will end Sunday evening @ 11pm. At the end I will screen shot and release the bidding history so that all can see what and when BUT NOT WHO. I want this to be a private auction so that people can bid in privacy. Payment will be via Paypal and final price INCLUDES RECORDED POSTAGE, so there are no extras.

I will try and post this item next week, once payment has cleared. I was thinking of putting a restriction on bidders having over a certain number of posts, not sure about that yet. I may enforce this depending on what is going on.

Any feedback regarding errors or loop holes in the way that this works, let me know.

THE ITEM FOR AUCTION:

1 X A copy of a Longines Master Collection Mens Watch. THIS IS NOT REAL.

Brand New in box with guarantee (I dont know what this guarantee is for as I have not opened the packet). It still has all of the protective plastic on it and it has never even been warn. It has a working Kinematic (Automatic) system inside, I know this as the watch only starts working when I handle it. It is a very nice watch with all of the copy tell tail signs on the back face, not on view once being warn.

Why do I think it is a copy?

I took it to a Jewellers who confirmed that there is spelling mistakes underneath and that it does not have the feel of a luxury watch. Also you can see where a label has been stuck on inside the watch. Finally when you look at pictures on the net of real ones the there are small differences.

Has this Forum become ebay!!!!?????

gaz_gaz - 1/9/16 at 12:03 PM

Ebay won't allow you to auction fake watches so it's defiantly not becoming Ebay

Said to be fun, but IIRC mine was sleepless and a little blurry - glad to get back to work!

Nope, just came up when searching for replica watches.

Would it not be easier to just say "send me the price you are willing to pay, highest price gets it. Deadline is Sunday at 8pm"

Rather than you updating on here what the bid is currently at.

Just a thought

Not if someone trys their luck at 20 but is willing to pay 40 but misses out to a 30 bid.

Plus im bored and felt like doing something different!
