Would be ideal as a commercial garage (this is it's current use) but there is a restriction on vehicle movements which means the 'coming and going' that inevitably comes with such a business is not acceptable to the Landlord.

Would suit either an enthusiast or group of enthusiasts contributing toward the cost, or perhaps a business that does not have customers coming and going or multiple parts vans making deliveries daily.

Vehicle Storage

Outdoor and indoor vehicle storage also available on the same compound. Substantial fencing all around with razor wire, full height gates, CCTV coverage and a location off the beaten track combine to make the site very secure.

Indoors would be great for high value cars. Outdoors there is both hard standing and grass area that could be used to store cars, caravans, or anything else for that matter. There is limited covered outdoor storage too (roof and three walls).
