I'd drop the price a bit for a LCB member. It's a good honest reliable car in the time I've had it, and it's been great fun. It'll survive a while before failing an MOT, or could be stripped back and repaired to really sort it out.
The engine and chassis are the strong points. The engine pulls really well, and it's smooth as. Chassis is solid and my local MOT station are familiar with the car. Bodywork is not the best with a few bubbles and cracks showing, but nothing scary and it could be dramatically improved with a bit of effort.
