When my last phone broke, the insurance company sent me a new one but I got a free upgrade in the meantime - so this phone is completely new. According to EE it's locked to their network, but handset can be unlocked at additional cost of £8.99 if required (can take up to 10 days).

I can get £240 cash from one of the online companies for this handset as is, so I'd like £280 posted to your door (parcel will be insured for the full value).
