What do the plans consist of on this (ie. how many sheets, what size?) and what condition are they in (I'm conscious that old 'dyeline' prints fade quite a bit).

The plans are only a year, or so, old, in the same layout and printing as the original; not dyeline.
Bppk is the new print.
