tiger e1 q plate year 2000 low miles engine replaced with vulcan 2.1 pinto with twin 45 webbers all new about 2000 miles ago bills for engine package
over £2000 .looked at paper work 160bhpfitted dec 2002 had wiring fault new parts fitted but needs finishing. scuttle panel/nose cone/ bonnet off the
car, and cooling system mod part way done. full weather gear was running a few months back, taxed till end of november ,mot run out. good condition

can i confirm this is a registered car and was running. The only reason its not working is the engine? ie it has brakes suspension diff axles and
dash etc?
