Originally we sold the vehicle two years ago and as we trusted the purchaser we aloud him to take the car but he never paid. As a result we have
reclaimed the car and as it is now taking up valuable space on my trailer we need a quick sale.
Thus we are asking for only £400
When originally sold the car was running well with full service history. However since the MOT has lapsed and is SORN'd

who 'owns' the car according to the reg doc's assuming you have possession of them?

Yes we did know him but there isnt any drama he just kept making excuse after excuse
