The prices of FTO's (and probably a bunch of other cars) have dropped loads over the last 5 years.
I just seem to notice FTO's as I have several friends who had them.
Never seem as quick as the 200bhp they claim but the auto box doesn't help that (had one friend who had a manual and it seemed a lot quicker -
that got wrote off and he got the thick end of 10k as it was a very late one and perfect condition - was more than 4 years ago though).
He put some extra money up and bought a Boxster which with hindsight was a good move as there is no way he'd get anywhere near the insurance
payout now.

Has done about 130k but still as sweet as anything, they just seem to have plummetted in price. Worth remembering its a 95 so nearly 14 years old too!
And it is the manual so feels quicker than the auto and is better on fuel too.
Short of stripping it for parts or using it for a locost, i just need space on my drive now.
Got way too many cars!
