Both are the same apart from the yellow backing is a little dirty. Will clean up if put through the washing machine.

For those that asked, Some photos.
When i said dirty, i just mean the yellow bits are a little off colour and there is no damage to them at all.

Hardly used, even have the inspection tags on.
