1996 BMW 525 TDS Touring, manual, silver

As per the title, I am after a Range Rover 3.9 v8i with LPG conversion and need rid of the BMW really.

It is cosmetically not the greatest, but equally its ok. Some bubbling on one front arch, has 17" alpina alloys on it (the thin spoke ones) though two have centre caps missing. All the interior is there and in decent nick.

Central locking is a bit iffy on a couple of doors, 140000 miles (very low for one of these) and its a manual touring which is pretty rare (took me a while to find one! )

Goes ok (for a diesel! ), 148hp diesel in 1996 was pretty good. With me aka lead foot driving it averages about 32 mpg, it seems to do this if thrashed with a trailer on or just tootling around, seems to make no odds.

Best bit (for types on here)is that it has a 1700kg max towing weight, which I can assure you is about the highest you can legally get before you need to get a big offroader (which is what I now need for towing big jags around)

It has matching Avon 235 45 17's all round all with loads of tread left, it has tax till end June and around 8 months MOT left, with no advisories last time. It has recemtly had new front brakes including the calipers, plus new front upper arms and bushes.

Decent (I think, though its not my thing! ) kenwood CD player in it

Anyway, it will go on ebay at some point, but if anybody wants to offer me £700 or somewhere near then its theirs as soon as i can find a Range Rover!
