FS - Zetec, plus bits n bobs left over from build!
Well as part of the new build, i needed a donor vehicle. I'm in the process of purchasing a 1.8l mondeo, as I need an age-related plate for the
GTS. As such, I'll be buying the car purely for it's registration and VIN plate, and for photos for the IVA man. Ideally, this would
suit someone who wants an upgrade from a heavy old pinto (lol) who's already got a road-going car.
So, would anyone like first refusal on an 1800 16v zetec engine? Guessing it's the 115bhp version. It'll be a runner, and I'll be
driving it back, so can be heard running prior to sale. No price as yet as have yet to collect the car, just guaging interest. Can negotiate a deal
later!
Also, I have 2 TRS 3-point harnesses in red. I'll say they're used (they look new with no markings aroung the webbing or attachment
clips, just a bit of garage dust), but looking for £50 the pair plus postage, how does that sound?
Also have a set of 1.8 si cams from a 130 escort gti, ideal as an upgrade to any standard 1800. Say £30 plus postage for the pair? (could be added
to aforementioned engine if required?)
Also got a polo rad fan, now I've changed to a smaller, custom unit. £5 plus postage.
Mondeo header tank and standard cap (i believe it's a pressure cap - can anyone confirm?). Looking for £10 ish, plus post again.
Old black sierra (?) rad, free to a good home. Collection ideal, due to size.
Standard Ford plumbing pipework (top and bottom rad hoses, to header tank, metal feed pipe over exahus manifold), free to a good home. Can post at
cost, or free to collect.
Two round rear indicator lights, bnib, £5 for the pair.
There's a good chance I'll be at the Essex meet/classic car show at Highlands Park in Chelmsford, Essex on Sunday if anyone want to meet
me there and collect bits in person?
