The ratios are standard V6
Most V6 boxes have updated bearings however BGH do oil mods on their boxes and that's worth having
If it has them
You can still get a V6 box for £150
Does it have long or short input shaft?
£250 if in good condition possibly more if you have documentary proof it's a BGH

Short input shaft with heavy duty sycnhos but at that sort of money i would just keep it as a spare box to be honest as its super smooth

Ok as it's got the short shaft and updated syncros I'd look at the BGH price and deal 30% below that for starters
