Mig welder for sale

We haven't had winter yet but it feels like spring so I am going to start my big spring clear out.

So to kick of, here for sale is a

Butters Amt Mig 170

Its a single phase 170a mig welder.
Its recently had a refresh with new torch linear, tip, shroud and earth clamp/lead and a new roll of wire and is ready to go.

Its good hobby machine that was made in eastern Europe not China and was a £400 machine when new.
Its not new so the case does have a few dings and will have dust and overspray on the casing.
Its a heavy and solid machine on wheels and holds the upto a 20L cylinder on its back. It has good copper wound transformers.
The only thing keeping this a hobby machine rather than a semi pro machine is the average wire feed mech. plenty of reviews on line.

These crop up on eBay from time to time and usually go for £200+

To save paying eBay or haggling yours for a Lcb only price of £150.
It weighs a ton so collection only from near Spalding Lincs, sorry but I am not posting it and can be seen working.

DOES NOT COME WITH GAS OR REGULATOR as there is a £60 deposit on the bottle alone and I can swap it to Argon for my tig.

Pity you aren't closer as I have been looking at buying a mig and teaching myself to weld!

Good luck with the sale.
