Is it universal fitment? Are they quick and reliable? I would like one for my R1 engined Jedi! I assume they wire Into the gear pot Rather than ecu?

Which R1 engine do you use?

I'll check the list of bikes.

It uses your speed sensor, tacho feed, and you neutral switch.

I've got a hybrid 4xv/5jj race engine on flat slides. But it has an AIM data logging dash and pneumatic paddle shift which both use tacho feeds. The gear pot wires have been cut short as has neutral switch.

Where is the gear pot sensor on the early R1?

Can't picture it on mine that's all!

I would guess you would need to re - wire your neutral switch to fit this, and is your speeds sensor still fitted?

Speed sensor is in front wheel wires to the data logger. Gear pot still fitted but wires cut short. There's enough to solder connections to extend

Perhaps contact Acumen and find out if your speed sensor is compatible?

I would guess your standard speeds sensor is still in the engine casing?so you could re - wire that up to use if your sensor on wheel is not compatible.
