there are loads and loads of them - but not all beaing used 
mostly build in the 50's / 60's including the 'worlds first high head reversible' one under Ben Cruachan
- but since its in the highlands its a tourist atraction aswell as a powerstation

I'm glad people here have a good sense of humour. Where I live, it has gotten fairly ugly from time to time. Fortunately, it's on the wane
lately, but the cancer can strike at any time. At least until i retire and sell my house, i'm dead against it for QC, but after, who cares?
Somebody will find a way to screw the average person, no matter which way it goes for the Scots.
