Locost Media Centre

I've been playing about with XBMC on the classic xbox and have ended up with two systems. I want to sell one of them and wondered if anyone here wanted it (they are hard to sell on fleabay due to MS being funny about people hacking their consoles!).

Anyway, the one for sale is a full blown media centre and extender with a 120Gb hard disk, fully modified to boot straight into the latest version of XBMC. Comes with scart, composite and component (HD) cables and a controller. If you want a remote then they can be picked up for about a fiver off fleabay.

I use it for streaming video, music and photos from the home PCs across the network. As my lad tends to eat DVDs I have removed them all from his possession and ripped them all to disk. It plays (almost) anything you throw at it (from ripped DVD iso to any type of music file) and of course it will also play DVDs/CDs. The great thing about XBMC is the plugins that are available. It means you can get BBC iplayer, Youtube and loads of other content onto the TV easily. If you're at all techie then there's a great community out there making add-ons for it you can play with. Lots of info here: http://xbmc.org/

Anyway, it's a long shot advertising it here but I want 55 quid for it and as an LCB special incentive I'll chuck in a wireless G bridge so you can add it to your home network easily.
