Drill Bit Sets

Perfect Christmas gift.

204Pc drill bit set. All sorts of flat bits, masonry etc. Screwdriver bits inc some torx bits. Best part though is that there are several small HSS drills and the smaller sizes have spares in case you snap some.

£12. Id prefer them collected. Being approx 4.5Kg postage wont be cheap.

Ive got a few and prepared to offer sizeable discount for bulk. Ill be driving between Co. Durham and Worcester next week so could potentially meet up en-route. If you live near Worcester then U2U me.

Not being funny but what sort of quality will they be?...........

You do thend to get what you pay for with drills and driver bits.

4.5 Kg will probably only be about £8 with interparcel.com

You are not being funny at all and it will be good to get that question out of the way quickly before my honest thread gets hijacked and blundered.

They are a infrequent use DIY set. If you are building a house then dont buy a set like these. If you are an avid DIYer and use drills every weekend then again dont buy them. If however you do jobs every now and again and need to have a fair selection for light use then they will be ideal.

You dont get DeWalt quality for £12 so dont expect it, however that said it looks like a decent set to me (and iam a requent avid DIYer / part time property developer). Very similar set is for sale in B&Q for £33. Screwfix were doing a similar set with less bits for £15 but i guess that will be plus vat and delivery.

Looks identical to the one I bought from Aldi last year for £16 IIRC and for the price was
good. The screwdriver bits were a bit poo but the drill bits were ok. Took a fair abuse and I
lost more than I broke.
As above, not top notch but well worth 12 squid.

I was given a set like this a couple of years ago and they were actually ok. Not the greatest quality but kind of make up for it quantity as there is always another drill of the same size in the box.

I reckon worth £12.
