Suppressed HT Leads(copper cored)
as above really,needed for blade 893cc must be copper cored and marked up as shielded or suppressed for S.V.A 27th feb,one length 3000mm long would be
spot on,i've looked everywhere i can think of but none seem to be marked up

hi there,
Don't take this as gospel, but...
The SVA manual requires a correctly suppressed HT system. On bike engines the coil caps include a resistor (5k Ohm typically). I believe this
resistors purpose is to perform the HT suppression.
Hopefully someone will chime in. You could rephrase your question and post it in the BEC section.

Copper cored lead will not be marked as supressed as it is not.It needs to be used with the resitive caps as mentioned above.
We have some copper HT lead at work I think, but it has no markings on it at all.

do you think the S.V.A fella will recognise that the caps have resistors how can i prove it
