FS: Full clock set Green gauges

Hi -

I've decided to sell my full set of clocks.

I have....

Tach (13k)
Speedo (130mph digital odometer and electronic driven)
Fuel gauge
Oil pressure
Oil temp
Water temp

Fuel, oils and water and all 52mm

Tacho and speedo are 80mm

I have fitted blue LED's to them and they look fantastic at night. They take standard bulbs though so this can be easily reversed. Bulb holders are mounted in each.

Speedo currently only has 1522 miles on it but as they're electronic I imagine this could be easily reset.

Pictures are when lit with standard bulbs. I'll include a picture of the blue LED's when I quickly wire up the car this week if needed.

Not brilliant photos but you get the idea!

I will be removing these completely so hopefully will have full looms too.

They cost a staggering £349 plus VAT.

I still have the instructions for the speedo.

They're in good condition - Only selling as I know want to go digital!

I would like £75 please....

so, there are exactly the same as my RMD guages (made by the same folk, look exactly the same too) how did you put the blue leds in? the water temp one looks easy enough, but where did you get a led for the speedo?

Pop the rubber boot/cap of the rear of the speedo (or tach) Reach inside and on the left there's a small bulb mounted on a bayonet plastic housing. My fingers are too fat so I rotated it with a pair or needle nose pliers and out it came.

Fitted the LED bulb into the housing and fitted the same way. Had to rotate the LED to a new angle to get the polarity right - right on my second attempt!

I found the right LED's/Bulbs from the post on here...

ta da...

I can provide photos if needed before I box them up for SeaBass?

Maybe too cheap, but you won't have to worry about them any more and they will immediately not take up any more room! That is worth something you know.
