Garage clear out

Garage clear out.

As title guys I need the space to drop the car on the floor so need to sell the spare engine combo.

First some bits and bobs.

Cvh type 9 starter motor (wont clear zetec flywheel for some reason) Free but no postage.

Zx6 Mitz carbed fuel pump free but not tested or posted. ( gone to lotusmadandy )

Metal dust cover for mt75 / T9 fits zetec with a bit of metal work. Free ( Gone to Charlie_z )

Zetec 1.8/1.6 fly wheel £20. No postage

Edis 4 with plug and short tails £10 + £2 p&p ( I have 2 ) (1 to Paul N )

9” live axle back plates complete ( NO DRUMS ) £10 No postage

Zetec cam shaft cover. Silver top says zetec. £7 No postage

Steering column switch gear tails. K reg £10

Jaw wide band . This was built by Chris as part of the group buy. Comes with the proper Bosch sensor and the unit is fitted with the proper plug. I’ve only ever tested twice once with butane and about 10sec on the car. It needs putting in a box as I never got that far.
£100 and that’s very cheap with the weak Pound just price the Bosch sensor and see. £8 postage by special delivery. But would like collection as fragile.

Standard Pre pats 1.8 115ps spec eec-iv engine management (code Blob). This has a heavily cut down loom. What you get is an ecu that just plugs into a standard silver top (with older style sensors ) and just needs a few wires to run. Perm live switched live and a few earths. This has the emissions control circuits removed. Also have a Maf to go with it. It will show error codes for the circuits that have been removed. Others have done this and got good reliable power.
It’s a cheap way to stick a zetec into a car. Can be seen running on my engine. Best to u2 for any questions. £50. I will even show you it working on your engine if your local. sold ( Barronge )

Transit Drag links with lock nuts x 2. The thread was to short to be safe with my Cortina uprights but they should be fine with the mushroom adapters for sierra uprights ? With two m18x1.5 full lock nuts. £5 the pair. SOLD ( TPG)

Home made zetec throttle bodies manifold with a set of r6 Tb's. Tb's are about 38mm. they look like carbs but are Tb's. They are in very good nick. They need respecting for the manifold ect £75. Have a look at Tim Windmill's pics of his on Ms.

And to the main event.

2.0 Zetec engine made Apr 1994 so pre 1995 which should mean no Kat test. It had done 98k miles before I took it out of the Mondeo it was in.
Its had a new 1.8 Ford water pump and ribbed pulley fitted along with a new cam belt kit and an oil and filter change. It has the shallower 1.8 sump, also included is the 2.0 sump. New oil pressure switch. Original engine numbers are there and easy to read

Type 9 Gear box (new reverse switch).

1.8l flywheel.

New clutch kit with correct spigot bearing and longer genuine Ford thrust bearing.

Modified dust cover between engine and box.

Correct starter motor.

It has a tiny Denso alternator on a home made bracket.

The hole thing is on my test trolley that I built which has a Renault rad and fan mounted up front.

The engine can be seen running using a standard ecu BUT the ecu / maf and sensors are NOT with engine. £400 But would do a swap for a bike or scooter over 125cc a car or why

Ive been putting of putting them on eBay but will be doing next week. First dibs to you lot.

Some Pics

Engine and ecu pics

Any questions give me a u2 cheers

I will be going to Newark show on the Sunday and can take bits with me.
