Free dampers and springs
Finally got around to changing my dampers to adjustable Avo ones so the old ones are going free if anyone has a use for them.
13 inch Zeimareide (spelling?) cheap things but do work OK if anyone is on a really tight budget.
You can have them for postage or free if you pick up.

Guys I'll put up a couple of pics in the morning and go down the dibs list, as I said they work (we've been sprinting with them for a
couple over years and they've not given us any problems), so it's just post , I'm guessing about £15 but whatever it is I'm
happy just to cover costs
