filter?

i have a nokia mobile using sat nav - works great with autocom and blueteeth but cos its on all the time you have to use the fone charger as well - this causes a slight clicking thro the ear pieces thats a bit annoying - is there a filter or summink available to plug in that would stop it? perhaps? or am i talking poo again?

Actually make sure there's no interference from the car... I know I had problems with AM radio, something to do with the alternator
