fitting throttle bodies
Hi all,l am going to fit a set of gsxr 600 throttle bodies to my 1.8 .130hp silver top and I'm looking for any information regarding the
problems,'re are these the most suitable carbs and spacing ect .Also best source of bespoke manifold and fuel rail.I'm a lot of a novice
at this so any info will be most welcome.Thanks. Mike Webster.

If you look in my photo archive there are some random photos.
I made some Ali spacers from some tube, got some longer studding & also picked up a gsxr1000 fuel rail which meant that I could use the plastic
sections & turn some new longer joiners on the lathe at work, there are people on here that will make a fuel rail for you if you do a search
though, the spacing is an easy job.
I just need to fill the holes from where I removed the first set of butterflies.
I picked up an inlet manifold that needed some work as it had distorted when it was welded, got a friend to mill it flat & all looks good.
It has cost me £100 total for the throttle body conversion so far.
