Westfield Megabusa - Build-Kit

I'm selling my Megabusa build-kit due to lack of time to complete and enjoy the car.

I bought the car in UK in 2011, and then after a little crash I decided to seize the opportunity to rebuild it, and so I bought a bunch of new stuff, listed below.

Chassis:
Megabusa frame unpainted (new from Westfield in 2013, so with all the new braces and stuff)
Then cooated with 2 layers of POR15 (following the POR15 directions, so Marine Clean and Metal prep process done)
Every brace of the chassis with a hole was sprayed internally with waxoyl and then paneled with all new panels, and using a mix of watertight blind rivets plus 3M structural doublesided tape (VHB 4950). After all the panel went in, I sealed all the joint between panel and frame with Sikaflex 252 and 221.
The frame come with refurbished/Por15 Megabusa upper and lower cradle, and side engine mounts
New RAC Rollbar (por15 coated)
Westfield reverse box brackets
New metalastic bushes all round (differential, engine, reverse box)
Spent circa 200 manhours on the frame alone

Suspension:
New front widetrack kit, freshly sandblasted, ready to receive Por15
Refurbished Ford Cortina uprights
New TigerCars Cyclewings Brackets
New Playskool ARB with new fixing kit
Refurbished and coated with Por15 rear wishbones
Westfield alloy rear uprights in perfect condition
New metalastic bushes, rods, balljoints and bolts all round
New Protech shocks all round, valved in pair with “Playskool spec” and springs.

Steering:
Used standard rack with new boots and new TRE
Allegro upper column in good condition, with ignition and steering lock
New lower column with joints
Westfield/Alpha steering wheel

Bodywork:
Used ZK full bodywork, V8 bonnett, locking latches, bootbox, removable rear arches.
New front cycle wings
New “high level” Aerodynamix carbon fibre aeroscreen
Slight damage on lef front side of the tub, bonnet intake and right side of nosecone.

Transmission:
Telescopic front shaft and TRT rear shaft
Westfield reverse box in excellent condition (always filled with redline heavy shockproof oil)
Ford Sierra/Granada 7,5” rear differential with 3,36 final drive and LSD. Lobro joints and shafts.

Brakes:
Front wilwood 4 pot calipers + new Hawk DTC30 pads
Rear Ford Sierra calipers with handbrake and cables
New AP Racing master cylinder (13/16”)
New McGill brake proportioning valve
New Cunifer reel (7,5mt)
New SS braided flexible hoses all around
Used, but in good condition brake disc all round
New P-Clips, fasteners, bots and so on

Wheels:
4 Westfield standard 13” Minilite rims with Toyo R888 fitted

Electrics:
The car was a factory build so the electrial system is top notch and requires no modification. Just re-plug all the connectors in the right spots and you're good to go.
Complete front and rear lights and lights clusters.

Fuel system:
Injection alloy fuel tank with send and return line. Locking cap
Hi-pressure Fuel Pump and Fuel regulator

Dash:
Carbon fiber panel with classic Westfield Gauges, rockers and buttons.

Interior:
Black vynil linings on rear panels, sidepods and dash frame.
Westfield sportseats (One with used vynil, the other is new, with plain black GRP-Gelcoat)
Seat fixing frames
New OMP 4 point harness both drivers and passenger. 3” up and 2” down straps. Roadlegal marked

Engine:
Hayabusa Gen1 with Gen2 crankshaft, spacer plate and bearings. All of this stuff was fitted circa 2000 miles ago, along with bigger oil pump gear, heavy duty gearbox shafts, torqueback clutch eliminator and timing chain new sliders.
Westfield complete exhaust line (Catalytic)
Reverie airbox

This is the main stuff, but there are boxes full of the typical bits and bobs

The car is essentially complete. You just need to buy a new h2o radiator, a couple of front hubs and your engine sump/oiling system of choice.
All the stuff is located in my garage, near Rome, in the sunny and dry Italy, and that's just the right season to grab a Van and come down here to pickup the stuff!

The car is properly registered for circulation here in Italy, so from a legal/bureaucratic point of view you don't need to pass through the IVA process and just get your V5, Mot and drive.

Price for all the above and relative paperworks/receipts folder is £10.800 ono
