Mazda Eunos MX5 Track Car £1450 ono Sheffield
For sale Mazda Eunos MX5 track Car, which has served me well over the last 3 years. The car was imported into the UK in 2000 and has only had 3 owners
since then. Although it is cosmetically challenged in terms of the paint, the car is rock solid and had never been welded at all and this is why I
thought it was a perfect candidate for a track car. The car has an ultra reliable 1.6 n/a engine with uprated spark plugs, plug leads and K&N air
filter. It has been fitted with Superflex Poly Bushes all round, Bilstein Shock Absorbers and bigger brake calipers, discs and
"Roddisons" Track brake pads, so it handles and stops superbly well. The car also has a Limited Slip Differential and 15 inch genuine
Mazda Alloys with Ferderal RSR track tyres. We have fitted a 5 RACE rear cage Sparco Bucket seats on the Mazda runners and Sparco 3 point safety
harnesses.
This little package has proved to be a whole lot of fun round places like Cadwell Park and has been totally reliable. We had the car MOTd in 2015 and
drove to the track, enjoyed ourselves on track and drove back home with no issues whatsoever. Over the last couple of years , we have trailered the
car to events but I am certain that the car would pass another MOT without needing anything major at all. The car has covered 94,000 miles and all
MOTs going back to 2000 are present.
All in all this is a great little track car , which is perfect for the novice track day goer or with the addition of a supercharger or turbo this
could be a very quick track weapon indeed. As mentioned earlier that car's paint could be better and there are areas on some panels where the
paint has flaked off. There is also a dent in the drivers door (see pic) , but this is a track car so does that really matter????
Grab yourself some trackday fun for a very reasonable price, any questions please contact 07861 996703
Cheers
