Heard the Renault team do God Save the Queen on a V10 at Goodwood, and The Marseilleise on a V8 at the factory (they're a client of ours).

The throttle response is incredible and with no flywheel and a tiny clutch the engine has incredibly low rotational inertia.

I really miss the sound of the V10s - hitting 20k RPM the banshee wail is absolutely spine tingling.
