zetec gaskets

I'm rebuilding my zetec sliver top and just fitted my main crank. When i've been faced with two front oil pump gaskets one metal and one in paper which one do i use or which one is better and if i use the metal one do i use blue gasket seal?
The bottom gasket set came from gasket for classics.

Alot of manufactures use the metal gaskets these days instead of the paper ones. I dont know what make of gaskets you are using but being a race engine builder i only use PAYEN or genuine ford etc. Most other gasket makes are not up to the job and i am speaking from experienceon this one.You can use a thin smear of sealer on metal and paper gaskets the best stuff for this is WELSEAL or BLUE HYLOMAR.
