ARP Zetec rod bolts

Sods law. Rebuilding my silvertop zetec and just about to fit the ARP rod bolts and I've mislaid the instros. Anyone know what torque they should be. I'm not using the stretch measurement.

I'm confused. Silvertop and blacktop use different bolts. Silvertop are M8 I think and blacktop are M9. The ones I have are just under 8mm measured on the crests of the thread so presumably M8

Thanks.
Now tightened to 26 with ARP lube three times. Doesn't seem much for 7000+ revs!
