FS: 1.8 Zetec with free Mondeo attached!

Girlfriends faithful Mondy has just failed its MOT tonight so thought you might be interested as a donor vehicle.

M reg 1.8 Zetec (May 1995 so just misses the CAT test for SVA) 140k miles and running as rough as a badgers arse. Nothing major wrong though - has been on the fault code reader and it wants an EGR solenoid and a lambda sensor. Doesn't smoke when running, little bit at start-up I guess, must be valve stem oil seals...

4 new / recent tyres, everything works as it should do but MOT is up next weekend.

Come and drive it away for £100 but be quick or its going to the scrap man! You literally have until tomorrow when we pick up her new motor, when it will be officially in the way!

We're in Hexham, Northumberland.

U2Us one at a time please!!!

Cheers

Geoff

i'd have thought it would be worth more than £100 if you weigh it in, given the price of steel these days!!!

£100 seems to be the top whack round here for a scrap car. Just had to dispose of the father in-laws N reg automatic Escort after the g/box died (what a shame) and got £50 scrap for it.
