My father is my mechanic and he maintains the car, but is emigrating and cannot find someone to replace him who is experienced in both cars and bikes so decided to go back down the CEC route as I have a good mechanic lined up who is very experienced with CEC motorsport and he has offered to take over!

Personally I love this car, will be gutted when it goes, and if I could only keep my father in the UK I would not be selling.

Seriously, how much maintanence do these cars actually need. I'm sure if you're just talking about servicing etc you'd be able to find plenty of people on here that would help out for beer tokens.

Hi Mark

I suppose it depends on how badly you suffer from upgrade-itus :-)

I must admit this car is pretty much how I wanted it from day one, spent alot of time and money on it.

Have been asked about part-ex - well yes I would consider a Westfield or Caterham with 2ltr Vauxhall, Zetec or Duratec engine.

Cheers

All reasonable offers considered

as i was just about to offer £1?

##

Presumably £1 would not be reasonable, whereas £7994 would be. Does leave quite a bit of room in between.

Sometimes I think that if one is prepared to accept less than the ideal, it's a good idea to give a clue as to what might be considered reasonable, because there might be a buyer out there with £X,XXX who is dubious about making his offer in case it is consdered unreasonable.
