So.. heres my first mapping question...
hypertheticaly speaking - when coming off the power at say 3500+ rpm ..
High advance at zero throttle (foot off the gas for braking engine overrun) will that give 'less' engine braking effect and better economy?
Lower advance values at zero throttle (foot off the gas for braking engine overrun) will that give 'more' engine braking effect -
good for slowing down - racing - great burbuling exahust noise - but possible back stability?
Just watched this (click here) Video rear Lock up
only need to watch the last 30 seconds of footage.. some one commented about possible rear lock..

This mapping biz is so refreshing and fun - The wife is begining to hate it - :p

John,
Technically yes, it will, however under heavy vaccuum traditionally you add advance, gives smoother/cleaner running.
Regards.
Matt
For best economy I personally cut all fuel on overrun after half a second and only bring it back in around 2000 rpm at which point I make it slightly more rich than if I was tuning that area likeaany other.
