Hi can i just ask what rate springs every one has on there bec powerd sevens i feel my car is a bit stiff on front and maybe rear too
and can any one tell me what rate my springs may be too standard protec shocks and springs that came with indy r kit from mk last year thanks for any help

I don't have an answer to your question so sorry for that and I don't mean to highjack your thread but does anyone know if there is a way of calculating what the minimum spring rates would be to stop the car from bottoming out?

If you could work that out then you could decide what rates to go for based on whether you want comfort or firmness.
