Cut some rubber sheet, and bond to the underside....?

Drive slower? How about using Stone Chip on the undersides or brush on seam sealer?

Rubber sounds good.

Mud flaps bonded to the front arches and wunderseal/schutz under the rears?

I considered tigersealing thin gauge alluminium under the arches to allow a small gap between the arch and its liner

Can i ask, what is the exact problem ?

as my car has been on the road since 1999, and has approx 14k mileage
and i have never had any damage to any of the arches caused by stones/gravel or any other substance
