Hi,

Does anyone know where i can get heat resistant rubber from, the sort they use on bike exhaust straps?

Need to make an exhaust strap i did try and find one but bike ones are a bit to small

silicone is meant to be heat resistant if that helps, so maybe some of cuts of silicone hose.

Silicone will take up to approx 250°C

Some landrovers use a strap to hold rear silencer. Might be an alternative source. I think a similar but longer strap is used to control the rear axle movement under full articulation. Britpart or bearmach probs sell it.
