WTD - Bootbox or panel for MK Indy

I'm looking for a bootbox or boot panel for an Indy. Preferably black. Other than MK is there anywhere that sells them? I probably just need a flat bit of black fibreglass.

Also looking for MK grill or at least one that will fit the standard nose cone.

B&Q do them. Plywood and a bit of black vinyl

Preferably very lightweight, although I guess a sheet of perspex and some Carbon fibre sticky might look ok?
