WHY??

Not much use to you but my other half (Her surname is Stephenson), is a 6th generation descendant from George Stephenson (designed it)...and surpsise surprise, a 5th generation descendant from Robert Stephenson (who finished building it after his father passed away)

Oooooohh - i hear you all say, unfortunately, i am a 5th generation descendant from an alcoholic womaniser !! not quite the same really..

So you know that Robert lived about 100m away from me when in charge of the first railway in the world??

didn't know you were old enough to live
near him

and i live in the town of the destination of the first rail journey. the flower beds in the middle of a big roundabout is set out as the train itself.
