any one got a usable copy for evaluation.....just need to see if it accepts the sanyo files and archos without having to run extra software to convert

It's widely available on the torrent sites. Otherwise you can always bung me a file and I'll stick it into my copy. I've been searching for the install files but it appears I've lost the disc somewhere!! Hope I never have to re-install my HD!!!

Why not try the trial version ........

if you think you'll want to use it lots and lots, why not get virtual machine s/w from microsoft, create a vm and install it. In 30 days time, create a new VM and install it .......

etc etc.

Ok, it will run a little slower but its guarenteed to A) be up to date B) virus free and C) technically legal.

Ouch. Premiere runs slowly enough as it is.... I hate to think how it'll run in a virtual machine (even if the extra layer doesn't add much!!!)....

This one is known good (ie no nasties)
