As title, would consider 20' 0r 40' but prefer 30'.

Anyone into shipping containers, contacts ?

Hmph, i've just thrown one out - it's been sat under my bed for ages!
(Ignore me, I'm just jealous that I haven't even got a garage)

There are a few on ebay, but they're not very locost.

A race car builder friend has one at his yard and made a comment a couple a weeks ago about getting another, maybe something - maybe nothing!

the last was £900.00 for 20' (few years back mind you) and they threw in 10lts of battle ship gray paint. We found them competitive with local suppliers. Haulage cost £45/hr

Not sure what your access is like but a 40' needs at lot of expensive kit to deliver it and off load it. Plus the space to do that. Artic truck and all that.

Make sure the inside is rust free and the roof does not pond. Floor should be in good condition. If not you are just throwing your money away, as its resale value will be scrap in a few years.

They are very bad for condensation in the winter so it doesnt matter if the door seals are knackered.

a 30mm layer of kingspan and 12mm plywood will stop condensation and actually makes them quite 'cosy'.

thats what the ski store at school was, worked a treat.
