to fit an mk, im looking for the link bar from the uj down to the rack.

car builder solutions sells these, there no cheap though and it will need extending by fitting a steel tube over it and welding it all up

Try ebay...

I picked up two lower column links from Capris, for £1...! Don't just look for sierra - as far as I know, most older fords use the same U/J arrangements.
