Any super duper light weight calipers around to fit sierra uprights ???

beer tokens at the ready............

You checked out the raldes catalogue

I reckon you'd be hard pushed to find someone flogging them much cheaper (I have been wrong in the past, just ask my wife!)

Mmmm - nice price too!

Presumably these are Cortina upright fitment as opposed to Sierra aren't they?

Or are the two compatible?

What diameter are Cortina/Capri discs compared to Sierra?

Cheers,
James

James,

the mounting adapters would be different, but the caliper will be the same. i guess you'd need to buy a sierra adapter plate off raldes to fit them to sierrra uprights.

Jon,

If you do get them, I'll have the cortina adapters off you (if you don't want them that is...)

Cheers,

Ned.

So the Capri vented disc is same diameter and thickness as the Sierra is it?

Would be just a case of a metal (stainless?) plate to bolt the calliper to the upright?

James

discs are similar in size, close nough, and yes the mounting plate is what you need for the upright.

mmmmmmmmmmm, other 1/2's log on honest.............

wasn't you we piped by 01p was it ?

Mk-Ninja - 10/2/04 at 08:22 PM

No didnt bid. Ive got enough bits here to sort out before putting any trick bits on.
Good bid though 10p over the previous
I guess its a bit catch 22 this wanted bit. Because if you had found it by yourself you wouldnt want it shouting about, but if you hadnt seen it you could do with the tip.
