Hi,

I Need a compression spring like the one on some sierra/escort throttle cables. I had a look in screwfix but they only sell them by the box for £15 I need It for a throttle return as it doesnt matter where i put spings and rubber bands the bloody thing just isnt returning so im going to try the second cable with a spring method

Cant help with compression spring but I have some really good tension springs I can send you one if you can make it fit by pulling the other way. Just u2u me your address.
