I'm planning to put some of this rail onto the top of my windscreen so that I can fit a 'Flintstone's Roof" occasionally.

This is the shape of the ideal stuff:

Trouble is - I can't find anyone who can sell it to me.

I've done a search on t'internet and found a few suppliers... but they're all in the US of A. All my local suppliers ('local' including all the way to Norwich) sell the same stuff - not the type I wanted - they must all get their stuff from the same wholesaler.

I lost the will to live after searching a few dozen caravan-related websites... "boring" doesn't describe them fully...

So does anyone know of a UK supplier who'd sell me a metre or so?

Just goolgle Eltheringtons off Hull.
They suply all the caravan makers with alloy mouldings and sheet alloys.

If you go to a caravan repair shop and ask they will probably have some kicking about. You probably only need a metre and that may be an offcut.

I got mine form Dyc Caravans in DYCE Aberdeen. The had both the one with the flange and the one without.

The also have the Corresponding Piping to Fit into it.

Look back at my previous post (that sounds ruder than it's intended to be ) - Blackburns no longer sell it, sadly, even though their website says otherwise.
