i got one that has a fkat backplate. can do pics

you can also make them out of an ally drink bottle. They can even be different sizes. If you want it sealed, then get a proper ally one, otherwise these work well.

Yeah they can be had for £30 delivered on the bay,Easier buying than making maybe !!
