carb/manifold gasket material

The insulating gasket I need for my carb to manifold is no longer available. It is a plastic type material about 7mm thick and has a fibre gasket either side. I can get the fibre gaskets no problem.
Does anyone know a supplier of such material or has anyone got any left over?
Im after a piece 70mm x 100mm to make my own.

Cheap plastic chopping board from the supermarket?

Not sure it would stand the heat but would fit dimensionally.

Carb is a weber 32/34 DFT from an escort XR3. I have a replacement 34DATR which uses the same gasket and manifold.

should be made from phenolic I beleive.
arent most two barrel weber downdraft carbs the same mounting?
should be able to use one from almost any twin choke weber.

But some enter an oval inlet manifold and use an oval insulator. This enters a manifold with two holes so an insulator with two holes is required.
So although the mountings are the same I cant use any insulator.
