WTD URGENT > Type 9 clutch fulcrum pin
blockhead_rich - 25/5/10 at 02:51 PM

Hi folks

I've lost my Ford Type 9 clutch fulcrum pin (don't know when or where) and I'm in urgent need of a replacement!!! (It pushes into the belhousing and the clutch arm locates under it.

It's stopping me getting my engine back in my car!!

Ford will only sell me a minimum of 10 which makes a simple pin and washer b****y expensive!

Ford Pt No. = MF 6022530 (Pin)
and MF 1553790 (washer)

Does any one have a spare or know where I can buy them individually??

Thanks in advance!!

Rich

Ignore my post as I've now found a second hand one, so problem solved!

Pity I've just waisted my two days off though and I had to do some gardening instead !!!!

Glad you're sorted but you can drill and tap for a small bolt and even use a locked nut on the bolt shaft to modify the fulcrum position to bring the arm forward for zetec or other engines needing a taller release bearing.
