anyone have any old narrow sierra wheels from their donor/build I could stick on my car for IVA?

what part of your wheels failed on the radius ?

all five spokes on the front two tyres sit proud of the wheel (and arch) so failed.

I'm a bit worried about my own ones now

I've actually got a set of focus 15" wheels with 195/60's on them that you could try
6" wide rims but ET52 so you'd need long studs and spacers to fit them....
