I'm looking at the moment for somewhere to build my kit in the leicestershire/south lincs area. I'm looking in local papers and i've put in an advert too that will be published soon. Just thought it might be worth a shot too to see if anyone knows a suitable unit/barn/garage that can be rented in my area? or any places to search/look on the net etc

have you tried Stuart Taylor - he lets people rent space out at his workshops. You get access to his tools and his knowledge - although as i said, he rents out space so you have to pay for it and build one of his cars.

Try going round your neighbours to see if they'll rent you one. The more convenient the better!

Jasper built his in a rented council garage- so it is possible!
