t16turbotone - 15/6/10 at 11:26 AM

Hi folks, has anyone got some of the tubing that goes from brake res to M/C they could sell me pls?
Need about 2 foot...ID 7-8mm

Tried silicone tube but for some reason the brake fluid is eating it up

Silicon tubing haha, thats not the worst I've heard actually - someone mentioned they suspected another builder of using garden hose!

you want some of the proper stuff from CBS/merlin.

It comes with a certificate of conformity that IVA man likes to see.

you could use stainless braised hose

THIS is the stuff you need, with SVA cert too.

and if you've lost the SVA certification ???

I bought some from CBS last year and can't find the cert

Tony

Do you have a part number for the Fiat m/c? I'm considering a change myself, but there are so many different ones available that I'm having difficulty identifying the correct one which will be as direct a replacement for the Sierra one as possible.
