Mintex 1144

To fit cortina M16 callipers. Any one sell them close to farnborough so I can pay with cash that the sheila does not know I have.
She can understand entry fees and petrol but when it comes to consumables I have to use my lunch money...and I cant still figure out why the waistline is a bit on the large side if I am not having lunch

If you do find some, make sure that they are the correct thickness.

Mintex had a factory change recently, and someone cocked up on the production line, and the 1144's for the Wilwoods are 1+mm too light on thickness. RD are selling the undersize items oblivious to what has happened.

Cheers,
Nev.

Cheers for that.Mine are going on to cotina callipers(sorry should have been more specific) as I cant afford wilwoods at the mo and have to make a compromise.

Have you tried your local motor factors? I used to get 1144s for M16 calipers no bother. Cheaper than specialist type places too, if I remember.

Can you do that without getting any mail through the post? Believe me its just no worth the agro for the couple of ££

Just to show what I am up against.
I have a big house with lots of equity even in todays finacial ruin.I am not loaded we just bought the worst house in the best street.I want to down size my house to a 3 bed semi and I will be able to have no mortgage after that. Most others seem to cope with a 3 bed and after all you can always do an extension.(I am a ground worker by trade so getting that bit will only cost materials)
She says no and would rather pay £1000 a month on the mortgage for the next 20 years yet if I take the kids swimming and use the pay and display @£1 fot the afternoon that is a waste of money. where is the logic in that. Perhaps if I got divoced I could find a nice locost woman that thinks the same way as me. Sorry for turning thread into a rant
